If you find a lower price (including shipping, handling and delivery) on an identical branded item with the same features currently available for sale and delivery from an authorized dealer, we will match or beat that total price.
When contacting PalomaStore at 1-800-689-8687 or e-mailing to sales@palomastore.com you must provide all information, including shipping, handling and delivery date. Palomastore reserves the right to require that a quote of a lower price from an authorized dealer be sent to us in writing.
You may also use our price matching tool to simplify the process. All you need to do is select "Orders History" from the cart menu on the left of the page and bring up the invoice you would like a price match on. Then, simply click on the price match link at the top of the invoice and fill in the form.
Exclusions:
Palomastore will not match competitors' bonus or free offers, special offers, rebates, financing offers, clearance or closeout prices, or prices on used, damaged, returned, open box or display merchandise, service contracts, or installation, delivery, or assembly services. Palomastore will not match competitors' prices that result from a price match. Palomastore Price Match Policy does not apply to parts or accessories. Palomastore price match guarantee will only be valid within 10 (ten) days of purchase. Palomastore reserves the right to revoke this policy at any time.
